Laughaway Yoga Workshop Laughter benefits are to control stress, improve productivity, develop trust, improve teamwork, improve leadership, improve lung capacity, improve immune system and improve participation etc. You will be glad to know that Laughaway conducts laughter seminar to improve health and happiness for maximum number of people for maximum time.

Healthy Structure Learn how to develop age appropriate rules, stay in charge, and stick together. These topics and more will be addressed by a Community Outreach specialist from CAPA (Community Access for Prevention Activities / Alum Rock Counseling Center)

Music & Movement with Preschoolers
Move, dance and sing with your preschooler to a variety of music. We will make a take-home art activity out of common household objects and learn different ways to play with bean bags, scarves, rhythm sticks and blankets. Parents are encouraged to replicate these activities at home using items found around the house. This program is for parents and children ages two to five.
